Orders will not be processed until payment is made. If you have chosen to pay by internet e-transfer we are unable to process your order until the payment is received. If you have paid using PayPal your order will be processed as soon as it is received.

In stock orders will usually be shipped within the week. Clothing orders are all produced on an as required basis and usually ship within 2-3 weeks. Generally we wait until all parts of the order are ready to be shipped to reduce the shipping cost to our customers.

Pickup at FYA (Fort York Armouries) or JGSA (John Graves Simcoe Armouries) is intended only for currently Serving Members of the Regiment. The Regiment is not able to accept parcels for delivery to non-serving members.

For orders requesting pick up at John Graves Simcoe Armoury or Fort York Armoury, the goods will usually be there about 3 weeks following your order. (Earlier if the goods are in stock). You can pick up your goods at the QM any Wednesday evening (Parade night). Once we have shipped the goods to the Regiment for pickup we will let you know that it is ready.

All other orders are shipped via Canada Post.

You can check the status of your order online. "Pending" is when you have successfully entered your order. "Awaiting Payment" is when we have received your order but are waiting for the Internet e-transfer to come through before we can process it. "Processing" is when we have received it and are working at getting it filled. "Processed" is when we have finished getting it ready to be delivered to you. "Shipped" is when it has been placed in the hands of Canada Post on its way to you. "Complete" is when we have either delivered it to you, delivered it to the Regiment for pick up or Canada Post has notified us that they have delivered it to the address you provided us. All orders being shipped use Expedited Parcel service.
